Highlight: Land Delegation Splits (🔔 Important)
As of 3:00 am on 1/23/2024 (just now) the new homeland beta earnings were released. Staking rewards are completely ended, and these are the total rewards you will earn per day.

Essentially, rewards are 53% lower daily than they were with staking. I understand if this is frustrating. It’s currently causing quite an uproar.
With this curveball thrown at us less than 24 hours before the beta goes live, I will have to make adjustments to proposed payouts. so look out for a DM in the next 23 hours as I decide what is the most fair rate we can do.
- Standard Split for Forest, Arctic, and Mystic Plots: LOOK OUT FOR DM IN THE NEXT 23 HOURS.
  (this is equivalent to the previous split during the pre-beta, but is scaled with the addition of the new rewards, so nothing is changing except in special cases)
- Special Cases: Savannah and Genesis plots will have a different scale. Further details will be shared via DMs for those delegating these types of plots or large mystic estates.

Benefits of New Delegation System:
- Simplified Management: All land can be managed from one wallet/account.
- Automated Payouts: Delegation to provided Ronin addresses ensures automatic payouts based on agreed splits.
How to Delegate:
- Video Instructions: Video instructions for delegating land to whitelisted addresses directly to my guild will be provided here. →
- (essentially, you will go to the delegation dashboard, scroll down to advanced, and click add whitelist. From there you will paste the address I give you, and select the plots / split, and then send it after selecting the addresses. We will accept and immediately get started.
- TL;DW Summary: I will provide a set of Ronin addresses and instructions for delegating your plots. Example: For 90 arctic plots, delegation will be in sets of 30 plots to 3 different addresses I provide
Stay Updated: Expect a lot of new information in the coming days. Updates will be provided through the substack and the land owner/delegator channel in the Mark of The Zeal Discord.

Continued Use of Scholarship Accounts: If a land owner does not choose to delegate their land via the new delegation portal, they can continue using the old method of scholarship accounts and manual payouts. (if we receive no word pre-launch of the beta, we will just carry out business as usual.)
Communication for Manual Delegation: If you prefer to continue with the old method, please let me know via DMs for further arrangements.

Permanent Progress in Beta: With land staking ending, selecting skilled players and a guild for land care is crucial. Remember, progress becomes permanent the moment the beta goes live. With good stewards, you will get to max rewards much faster, and have peace of mind for the future.

Preparation Challenges: Despite minimal information provided by Sky Mavis, we are adapting strategies for the beta launch. Detailed discussions on split proposals, workload, and strategies will continue as more information becomes available.

Beta Launch Concerns: The beta launch may initially be chaotic for land owners. The risk of not finding competent stewards could lead to significant AXS losses.

Launch: With the Beta release.
